AnaMaris is the CEO of Empowerment & Wellness Coaching, LLC. She is an inspirational and intuitive woman, a model, and actress with an outstanding podcast, "AnaMaris Say’s it How IT IS".

She was born in Puerto Rico and raised in Holyoke, MA. by a Puerto Rican household. AnaMaris was seen as the odd one in her family, the only one with red hair and fair skin. She suffered immensely from many traumatic experiences. These experiences cultivated her values, aspirations, and developed into her a powerful determined woman of God.

AnaMaris always has been the go-to person for advice and is known as a great listener. Because of her good heart and feelings, she works in the medical field. With her Reiki belief and medical background, she discovered she had a gift of uplifting others and empowering each person to see their best version of themselves.

AnaMaris has experienced numerous life trials and tribulations, but she never gave up. As a Reiki practitioner, life coach, model, actress, and mom, she has made it her mission to help others see their inner beauty and self-worth.

Her life experiences have given her a powerful advantage to be an influencer encouraging and motivating others to not give up on their dreams. She is a humanitarian and advocates for others to be self- sufficient and independent and to never look backward and to always look forward.

Her goal is to use her platforms to inspire everyone, most importantly women, to embrace their true selves.
